Canada GP Mercedes customer engine race result

Hello,
I like to ask if the race points for Mercedes customer engine is correct for Canada GP? To my calculations it should be 16 not 13. Classified drivers positions 3,8,10 and 17 and their points 6,5+4+3+2,5=16. I know Massa retired so are you considering his retirement as a engine blow up?

How about Spanish GP and Hulkenberg´s retirement due to oil leak and engine fire? There are no minus points for that?
