2023 Season End Draws Near

.... and are we about to see Chris lifting a well-deserved first title? I think he's edged it on the Eliminator! Saeltzi'll be lifting the Cup for their first honours as well after a battle of the wildcards.

A shout out also to you, CarlisleFrost, for totally rocking constructors. I complained about lots of bad luck there in recent years, but this year has been pretty awesome so far. I couldn't do any better, yet I don't stand a chance to beat you, not even in a single race, it seems. Hope I can at least secure the overall title, but there is tough competition there, too.
And kudos also from me to bonobo69 who is crushing Rookie League with their weakest team (!) and just barely missed the podium in Eliminator.

Yep, I had Chris winning by a point. Had they tied, they both would have lost points on the duel and it would've been rkhalili lifting the trophy. Slightly faster fastest lap could have changed it all!
Pretty comfortable win for saeltzi in the Cup and roi1975 looks strong in the CRL.
1 point between myself and Chris in the Pro League, though he's got 11 points of ERS vs 0 for me. Might end up with 2 trophies in quick succession, though I'll be trying to spoil that!
Super close in the main championship with quite a few still in the running.
EDIT: Shout out too to bonobo69, who's destroying the competition in the Rookie League.

I agree it would be well-deserved if Chris won the title, but it will be a nailbiter between him, katalyst (10 points behind but will score well with Prime and Perez) and rkhalili (with Alonso as weak point but Honda motor might help). My wild guess would be 1st katalyst, 2nd Chris, 3rd rkhalili.
Saeltzi has been around for a long time and showed up in good positions many times already, including a second place in CRL 2009, so to finally win one of the big titles is well-deserved, congrats!
Edit: I see Prime tyres score one point less than I thought, so you might be right and Chris should have the edge by 1 point. But let's wait for the result...
Edit2: Okay, got it totally wrong... congrats to your first big title, Chris! |
